The primary flow still holds. It just isn't a straight line.
The Philosophy describes a sequence: Environment shapes Behaviour, Behaviour becomes Culture, Culture produces Performance, Performance leaves Legacy. That sequence is still true. What the Model adds is what happens next. Legacy doesn't simply end the cycle. It feeds back into the Environment that produced it. This isn't a process with a finish line. It's an ecosystem.
The sequence still runs in order. The difference is what happens when it reaches the end.
The dashed arc is the one traditional models leave out, Legacy feeding back into Environment. That single connection is what turns a process into a system.
